I'm Sam Bucklew, a lifelong Tampa resident and owner of Bucklew Home Inspections. For over 30 years, I have worked across residential and commercial construction, manufacturing, operations management, project management and quality control. I have led construction and manufacturing teams, managed complex projects, worked directly with contractors and property owners, and used blueprints to turn plans into finished work.
My background also includes extensive expertise in commercial and residential pool construction, pool products, fiberglass and waterfront applications. That experience provides practical knowledge of pools, surrounding improvements, construction methods and how building systems work together.
I bring that same attention to detail to every residential and commercial inspection. My goal is to identify potential concerns, explain the findings in plain language and give you useful information for a confident decision.
